What's "Personal Intelligence"?
Personal Intelligence (PI) is the ability to understand emotion, social dynamics, and motivation—within yourself and others—and to use that understanding to guide behaviour, decision-making, and relationships. PI integrates emotional, social, and motivational competencies into a unified, evidence-based framework for understanding personality in action.
Ugh. What does that mean?
PI is about you! It's about how well you “get” people (including yourself). It's the ability to know what you feel, why you act the way you do, how others are likely to respond and what drives everyone forward. PI is about self-awareness.
But the best way to learn about PI is to take the free 27-item test yourself and get the short feedback report.
