There’s no cost and no barriers—but it isn’t for everyone. We keep this group small, curated, and values-aligned so the conversations stay deep, useful, and honest.
What is a Lighthouse Partner?
Lighthouse Partners are early collaborators who help us test, refine, and extend the Adaptimist ecosystem in real contexts. They’re the people and organizations who are curious enough to try new things and honest enough to tell us what they see.
You don’t need to promote anything. You don’t need to build anything. You simply bring your experience, your perspective, and your willingness to share what works, what doesn’t, and what you wish existed.
Why become a Lighthouse Partner?
Lighthouse Partners sit close to the work. You see things before they’re public, and you have a direct hand in how they evolve.
As a Lighthouse Partner, you can expect:
- Early access to new apps, tools, and experiences.
- Influence over features, design decisions, and priorities.
- Priority collaboration on research and curriculum projects.
- Invitations to closed sessions, debriefs, and “in-progress” previews.
- Direct communication with the development and research team.
Most importantly, you’ll help shape a movement that could change how we think about emotion, connection, and motivation in practice.
Are we a good fit for each other?
Lighthouse Partners aren’t selected based on credentials or status. What matters most is mindset and alignment.
You might be a great fit if:

- You give thoughtful, constructive feedback (including the hard truths).

We keep the group intentionally small and curated so we can build real relationships and learn from each other. We personally invite Lighthouse Partners based on fit, shared values, and the perspectives we need as the ecosystem grows.
If we’re not ready to bring you in right away, we’ll still connect and keep the conversation going as the ecosystem expands.
What’s expected of Lighthouse Partners?
We know you’re busy. This program is designed to be meaningful without becoming another obligation.
In practice, Lighthouse Partners typically:
- Try one or two tools or experiences as they’re released.
- Tell us what stood out—for better or worse.
- Share anything that felt confusing, heavy, or unclear.
- Let us know if they see opportunities, risks, or missing pieces.
That’s it. No quotas. No deliverables. No pressure. Your perspective and honesty are the value.
