Moving right along
In 2018, Geoff attended the PMO Conference in London, United Kingdom to present the closing keynote. While there, he took the opportunity to present an early look at what would come to be known as the Personal Intelligence construct. We found some very strong connections between emotional, social and motivational competencies and specific career outcomes. Social competencies in particular, appeared especially important in this regard.
