Coaching with the MIPI is a highly intense two-day training session that will prepare you to use the full suite of MIPI reporting products with your clients. By the end of the certification, you will be able to:
- Articulate the theory behind the Multidimensional Inventory for Personal Intelligence™ (MIPI)
- Explain the MIPI model, including all competencies
- Provide examples of what each competency looks like “in action”
- Interpret the validity indicators for a MIPI report
- Interpret a MIPI coach report
- Create a plan for how they will approach a MIPI feedback debrief
- Provide feedback on the MIPI
- Co-create a development plan with their client based on their scores and what they have identified as important to their development
