The Multidimensional Inventory for Personal Intelligence (MIPI) is a self-report instrument designed to measure a cross-section of Personal Intelligence (PI) competencies. PI consists of three sets of inter-related non-cognitive competencies: emotional intelligence (EI), social intelligence (SI) and motivational intelligence (MI). Following best practices in the field of measuring emotional and social competencies, the MIPI has been developed via a unique integration of theory, empiricism and sophisticated psychometric techniques.
